1) By present transfer application, the applicant - wife of the respondent is seeking transfer of the divorce proceeding filed by the respondent - husband before the Family Court at Thane to the C.J.S.D., Khed, Ratnagiri.

2) Ms. Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the respondenthusband, on instructions of the respondent-husband submits that the respondent - husband has no objection if present transfer application is allowed.

3) In view of the statement made by Ms. Agarwal, present Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Diksha Rane 13 MCA 3 2026.doc 4) The proceeding of Marriage Petition No.A-476/2025 pending before the Family Court at Thane be transferred within a period of four weeks from today to the C.J.S.D., Khed, Ratnagiri. 5) Learned counsel for the applicant is hereby directed to convey the order passed today to the Family Court at Thane and file affidavit to that effect within a period of two weeks from today. 6) Similarly, Registrar (Judicial-I) is hereby directed to communicate the order passed today to the Registrar of the concerned Court by E-mail.
