He submits that the respondent is present in Court and he has instructions to give consent for transfer of this divorce petition from Civil Judge Senior Division, Bhiwandi, District Thane to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai. 3) In view of the statement made by the learned advocate

4) The proceedings of Marriage Petition No. 189 of 2024 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Bhiwandi, District Thane be transferred within four weeks to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai.

5) The learned advocate for the applicant is permitted to furnish a copy of this order to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Bhiwandi, District Thane.
