2) By the present transfer application, the applicant-wife of the respondent seeks transfer of the husband's divorce proceedings pending before the Family Court, Sangli to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune.

3) It is the case of the applicant that she is staying at Pune alongwith her parents and 16 years old son. The respondent is not

4) At the request being made by the learned advocate for the respondent, stand over to 15 April, 2026.
