DATE : 8 APRIL, 2026 P.C. :- 1) By the present transfer application, the applicant-wife of the respondent, is seeking transfer of divorce proceedings filed by the respondent-husband before the Family Court, Pune to the Family Court, Ahmednagar.

2) The applicant has filed DV proceedings before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Parner, District Ahmednagar under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. So also complaint before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Parner is under Section 125 complaint before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Parner. 3) The respondent is present in Court and has appeared in person in the present proceedings. He has no objection if the divorce

KVM 2/2 41 - MCA 17 OF 2026.doc proceedings are transferred to the Family Court, Parner, District Ahmednagar and he is permitted to attend the said proceedings through video conferencing.

4) In view of the statement made by the respondent, who is present in Court, the present miscellaneous civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

5) The proceedings of A 1278/2025 pending before the Family Court No.3, Pune be transferred within four weeks to the Family Court, Ahmednagar.

6) The respondent-husband is permitted to attend the court proceedings through video conferencing before the Family Court at Ahmednagar. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Family Court at Ahmednagar, taking up the matter, the respondent will have to attend the proceedings in person. 7) Learned advocate for the applicant is permitted to communicate the order passed today to the Family Court at Pune. 8) Similarly, Registrar (Judicial-I) is hereby directed to communicate the order passed today to the Registrar of the Family Court at Pune, Mumbai by E-mail.
