1) By the present transfer application, the applicant- wife of the respondent is seeking transfer of the respondent's divorce proceeding from the CJSD, Amalner, Jalgaon to the Family Court, Pune. 2) After this matter was argued for some time, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions of the respondent, has no objection if the divorce proceedings are transferred from the CJSD, Amalner, Jalgaon to the Family Court, Pune. 3) In view of the above, the present MCA stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
4) The proceeding of Matrimonial Petition No. 215 of 2025, pending before the CJSD, Amalner, Jalgaon, be transferred within a period of four weeks from today, to the Family Court, Pune, and to be
Diksha Rane 34 MCA 20 2026.doc heard along with M.P.No.1868/2025, pending before the Family Court, Pune.
5) Considering the age of the parties, the Family Court, Pune is directed to expedite the hearing of the proceedings between the parties. Both the parties through their counsel undertake that they will not seek unnecessary adjournment before the Family Court at Pune.
6) The respondent-husband is permitted to attend the proceeding before the Family Court at Pune through video conferencing. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Judge taking up the matter, the respondent will have to attend the proceedings in person.
7) Learned counsel for the applicant is hereby permitted to convey the order passed today to the CJSD, Amalner, Jalgaon. 8) Similarly, Registrar (Judicial-I) is hereby directed to communicate the order passed today to the Registrar of the CJSD, Amalner, Jalgaon, by E-mail.
