1) In the present application, the applicant, who is the wife of the respondent is seeking transfer of the husband's Marriage Petition pending before the 6th Jt. C.J.S.D., Chandrapur to the Family Court, Nashik.

2) After this matter was argued for some time, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions of the respondent, has no objection if the proceedings are transferred to the Family Court, Nashik, and Marriage Petition No.422 of 2025 be heard along with Marriage Petition No.A/783 of 2025.

3) In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions of the respondent, the MCA stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Diksha Rane 20 MCA 32 2026.doc 3.1) Marriage Petition No.422 of 2025 pending before the 6th Jt. C.J.S.D., Chandrapur be transferred to the Family Court, Nashik, within a period of four weeks from today and to be heard along with Marriage Petition No.A/783 of 2025.

3.2) Both the petitions be heard by one and the same Judge. 3.3) Hearing of both the petitions is hereby expedited. 3.4) The respondent is permitted to attend the proceeding before the Family Court at Nashik through video conferencing. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Judge taking up the matter, the respondent will have to attend the proceedings in person.

4) Learned counsel for the applicant is hereby permitted to convey the order passed today to the 6th Jt. C.J.S.D., Chandrapur. 5) Similarly, Registrar (Judicial-I) is hereby directed to communicate the order passed today to the Registrar of the 6th Jt. C.J.S.D., Chandrapur by E-mail.
