DATE : 30 MARCH, 2026 P.C. :- 1) Learned advocate Mr.Bharat Shinde appeared on behalf of the respondent and seeks a short accommodation in order to file Vakalatnama and his reply.

2) By the present transfer application, the applicant, wife of the respondent is seeking transfer of the divorce proceeding filed by the respondent-husband before the Family Court, Pune to the Family Court at Dharashiv.

3) It is the case of the applicant that she is a home-maker and the respondent is in service and is also running a company viz.,

KVM 2/2 40 - MCA 58 OF 2026.doc M/s. L.K. Engineering. The ancestral home of the respondent is at Alni, Taluka and District Dharashiv. The applicant is staying at Dharashiv with her parents. She is suffering from thyroid. She has filed DV proceedings and Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code proceedings before the Chief Judicial Magistrate at Dharashiv. The distance between Dharashiv and Pune is around 270 kms and it will take atleast 7 hours to travel from Dharashiv to Pune in order to attend court proceeding and to return back on the same day. There is no male member in the family of the applicant who could accompany her to attend the court proceedings at Pune and return back on the same day.
