This Miscellaneous Civil Application has been filed seeking transfer of Misc. Civil Application No. 810 of 2025 titled "Neethipudi Rashmitha Rao v. Mr. Sushant Singh" pending at Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court to the Principal Bench of the Bombay High Court at Mumbai.

Ms. Kejal Upadhyay, the learned counsel for the applicant refers to the orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 2234 of 2024 and Special Leave Petition (C) No. 35218 of 2025 and submits that this Miscellaneous Civil Application has now been rendered infructuous in view of the orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Ms. Kejal Upadhyay, the learned counsel for the applicant, however, has tried to impress upon the Court to issue some directions to the Court concerned for expeditious disposal of the main matter.

At this stage, this Court is of the opinion that no specific direction is required to be issued in the matter pertaining to Family Court having regard to the legislative intendment which enjoins upon the Court concerned to dispose of the matter expeditiously. 4.

Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 68 of 2026 is dismissed as infructuous.
