1) This transfer application has been filed by the applicant-wife of the respondent seeking transfer of the divorce proceeding filed by the husband before the CJSD, Kalyan to the Family Court, Pune. 2) After this matter was argued for some time, on instructions of his client, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-husband has no objection if the transfer application is allowed. 3) In view of the statement made by learned counsel appearing for the respondent-husband, MCA stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Diksha Rane 43 MCA 70 2026-1.doc 4) The proceedings of M.P. No.500/2025, pending before the CJSD, Kalyan, to be transferred within a period of four weeks from today to the Family Court, Pune and be heard along with P.A. No.479/2023.

5) The respondent-husband is permitted to attend the proceeding before the Family Court at Pune through video conferencing. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Judge taking up the matter, the respondent will have to attend the proceedings in person.

6) Learned counsel for the applicant is hereby permitted to convey the order passed today to the CJSD, Kalyan. 7) Similarly, Registrar (Judicial-I) is hereby directed to communicate the order passed today to the Registrar of the CJSD, Kalyan, by E-mail.

8) The MCA stands disposed of accordingly.
