DATE : 21 APRIL, 2026 P.C. :- 1) The present transfer application is filed by the applicantwife of the respondent, seeking transfer of the respondent-husband's divorce petition filed before the Family Court at Kolhapur to the Family Court at Pune.

2) It is the case of the applicant that she is staying at Pune and is conducting classes for Specially Abled Children and the classes run from morning to evening. Therefore, it is inconvenient for her to travel to attend the court proceedings at Kolhapur and she is staying in a premises which is on leave and licence at Pune. The distance

She further submits that the respondent is not paying any maintenance to the applicant. 3) Mr.Kasar, learned advocate appears on behalf of the respondent and submits that he will be filing Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent and will make his submissions on the next date of the hearing.
