Mr. Tajane, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to amend prayer (a) of the Application by deleting "Family Court at Belapur" and inserting "Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel". 2.
Leave and liberty as prayed for is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

By the present proceeding, the Applicant, who is the wife of the Respondent - husband is seeking transfer of the husband's divorce proceedings filed before the Family Court, Pune to the C.J.S.D., Panvel, Navi Mumbai.

After this matter was argued for some time, learned Counsel for the Respondent on instructions from the Respondent - husband who is Anand
22. MCA 87-2026.doc present through VC has no objection, if the present Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed, subject to the Respondent - husband who is residing and working in United Kingdom is permitted to attend the Court proceedings through VC.

In view of the statement made by learned Counsel for the Respondent on instructions of his client, the Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 5.1 The proceeding, being Petition A No. 1034 of 2025 pending before the Family Court, Pune be transferred to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel, Navi Mumbai within a period of four weeks from today.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant is hereby permitted to convey the order passed today to the Family Court, Pune who is hearing the matrimonial proceedings and file Affidavit to that effect within a period of two weeks from today.

The Registrar (Judicial - I) is hereby directed to communicate the order passed today to the Registrar of the Family Court, Pune by E-mail.
8.
Both the parties are permitted to attend the Court proceedings through VC.
