Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the Respondent who appears on line seeks a short accommodation to file reply on behalf of the Respondent clarifying therein whether the Respondent is residing at Pune or else at Latur. Since learned Counsel for the Applicant has brought on record a news article of the CEO, Cognizant Technology Solutions and also a photocopy of the statement of the Respondent recorded before the police, wherein she has stated that she is residing at Pune, let such Affidavit be filed and served on the other side by 27.04.2026.
