1) Mr. Somvanshi, learned counsel appearing for the respondentwife, has tendered today an email dated 27/4/2026 written by Ms.Shikha Gupta, H.R., Talent Partner Team, IOA, Cognizant, to the respondent-wife (Aboli Netragaonkar).

1.1) This email is in response to a request made by Ms. Aboli Netragonkar to her employer requesting for issuance of certified attendance report of her's. The email reads as under:- "With reference to the request, we are unable to share or disclose any organizational details in the absence of a valid court order specifically directing the provisions of such information." 2) Noting the contents of the said email dated 27/4/2026, I am hereby directing the Management of the Cognizant where the

Diksha Rane 901 MCA 108 2026.doc respondent-wife is working, to disclose the details whether Ms. Aboli Netragaonkar is "working from home" or else is attending office physically at Pune, for the period from January 2026 till date. Such details in the form of a written document in a sealed envelope can be handed over to the respondent-wife.

2.1) The said sealed envelop, the respondent-wife through Advocate should hand over to this Court, on the next date of the hearing. 3) List this matter for further hearing on 7/5/2026. 4) A copy of this order can be communicated to Ms. Shikha Gupta, H.R., Talent Partner Team, IOA, Cognizant, by learned counsel appearing for the respondent-wife via email.
