1) This transfer application has been filed by the applicant - wife of the respondent seeking transfer of the divorce proceeding filed by the husband before the CJSD, Panvel to the CJSD, Satara. 2) The respondent's counsel on instructions of the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection if the present proceeding is transferred to the CJSD, Satara. 3) In view of the statement made by learned counsel appearing for the respondent, the MCA stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

4) Learned counsel for the applicant is hereby permitted to convey the order passed today to the CJSD, Panvel. 5) Similarly, Registrar (Judicial-I) is hereby directed to communicate the order passed today to the Registrar of the CJSD, Panvel, by E-mail.

6) MCA stands disposed of accordingly.
