IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

NAGPUR BENCH : NAGPUR CONTEMPT PETITION NO. 10 OF 2026 RASHTRIYA KAMGAR EDUCATION SOCIETY, NAGPUR THR. ITS SECRETARY, D.M. NAGOSE AND OTHERS Vs.

SHRI PRAVIN KAMBLE, THE EDUCATION OFFICER (SEC.), Z.P. NAGPUR IN WRIT PETITION NO. 606 OF 2025 (D) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, Court's or Judge's orders appearances, Court's orders of directions and Registrar's orders -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mr. P. N. Shende, counsel for the petitioners CORAM :

SMT. M.S. JAWALKAR AND NANDESH S. DESHPANDE, JJ.

DATED : 14.01.2026 1.

The Contempt Petition alleges disobedience of order passed on 11.12.2025 in Contempt Petition NO. 325/2025 in Writ Petition No. 606/2025.

2.

We have perused the said order. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has complied with paragraph no. 2 of the said order which stipulates removing of deficiency within a period of two weeks. He therefore, contends that even after that the respondent Education Officer Secondary has not decided the proposal submitted by the petitioner no. 1.

(2) 906.C.P.10.26 3.

After perusal of the said order we find that there is no time frame stipulated for the Education Officer to decide the same and in view of the fact that the order referred supra is passed on 11.12.2025 prima facie at least at this stage we see no contempt being made out. 4.

The petition is disposed of as such.
