Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners.

(2) It is alleged that in spite of the order dated 01/10/2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 4010/2025 to release the salary of the Petitioners, the Respondents have not complied with the said order. It also appears that legal notice was issued to the Respondents. The only answer given by the Respondents to the legal notice was that SLP is filed in identical matters.

(3) The above reason given by the Respondents cannot be accepted. As such, issue notice before admission to the Respondents, returnable on 04/02/2026.
