The petitioner has approached this Court alleging contempt committed by the respondent No.1 thereby willfully not complying the order dated 02/12/2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6276/2024. Vide order dated 02/12/2024 this court expected the State Government to decide the Revision of the petitioner expeditiously and in any case within a period of four months from the date of the order of this Court.

Shri Kukday, learned counsel for the petitioner on earlier occasion has pointed out that such direction is not yet complied and the Revision is still pending.

Shri N. S. Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader, upon instructions, submits that respondent No.1 undertakes to decide the
2 175-CP-47-26.odt aforesaid Revision within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.
Undertaking given on behalf of respondent No.1 is accepted. Accordingly, we dispose of the petition in following terms : (a) Respondent No.1 is directed to decide the Revision preferred by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before him.
(b) The petitioner to appear before respondent No.1 with copy of the order of this Court on 12/02/2026.
