It is the grievance of the petitioners that the order passed by this Court directing release of their salaries has not been complied with, despite ample opportunities having been granted.

In view thereof, the respondents, namely the Director of Education (Primary), the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, and the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur, shall remain personally present before this Court on 5th March, 2026. The respondents, namely the Secretary, School Education & Sports Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai, and the Commissioner (Education), Maharashtra State, Pune, shall join the proceedings through video conferencing. Failing which, the concerned respondents shall be liable to face serious consequences in accordance with law.
