In view of order dated 27/02/2026, passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Diary No.70804/2025, (Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur & Ors. vs. Sneha Vithhalrao Thakre & Ors.) along with Diary Nos. 70808/2025 and 70806/2025, wherein the respondent herein challenging the ad interim relief granted in favour of the petitioner, the Hon'ble Apex Court on the ground that the ad interim relief granted is in the nature of final relief, set aside the ad interim relief and directed to close all the contempt petitions.
