Learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach learned Family Court to ensure compliance of the compromise decree and also to take appropriate punitive action against the respondent for noncompliance of compromise decree. 2.

Contempt Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

Since the rights of a minor child are also involved, learned Family Court is requested to make endeavour to expedite the matter.
