The petitioner has approached this Court by way of the present contempt petition pointing out the noncompliance on the part of the respondents of the order dated 27/11/2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 7379 of 2025.

By virtue of the aforesaid order, this Court has directed the respondent-authorities to treat the aforesaid writ petition as representation and directed them to decide the same within a period of ten weeks from the date of the order. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the decision was not taken, the petitioner has approached this Court. However, perusal of the present contempt petition reveals that at page 26 there is the

122.cp.163.2026.odt communication dated 19.01.2026 issued by the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli thereby pointing out that such decision is already taken by the respondent - Zilla Parishad in compliance of the order dated 27/11/2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 7379 of 2025.

In view of the aforesaid compliance, there is no contempt on the part of respondent-authorities and accordingly, the present contempt petition stands dismissed. [RAJ D. WAKODE, J] [ANIL S.
