2] The petitioner has approached this Court pointing out the non-compliance at the behest of the respondents of the order dated 20/1/2026 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 514/2026. The learned Counsel for the petitioner invites our attention to the communication dated 18/3/2026, which is at record page 17 (Annexure - C). The contention is that, though this order has been passed by the Chief General Manager (HR) in compliance of the order dated 20/1/2026 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 514/2026, however, the aforesaid authority was not at all directed by this Court to decide the said representation, and the said order was passed without jurisdiction.

3] So far as compliance of order of this Court dated 20/1/2026 is concerned, the respondents have

117-CP-168-2026 decided the aforesaid representation as directed by this Court. If the grievance of the petitioner is regarding authority and jurisdiction of the Chief General Manager (HR) in deciding the said representation, the petitioner can very well raise this challenge in an independent petition challenging the aforesaid decision dated 18/3/2026.

4] In view of above, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
