It would be appropriate to call for a reply to the Arbitration Appeal No. 6 of 2026, which is an Appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, impugning an order passed under Section 9 of the Act, injuncting the invocation of a bank guarantee. The Section 11 proceedings listed today seek the appointment of an Arbitral Tribunal in the very same proceedings.
