2. Petitioner seeks enforcement of payments due to them of three amounts, i.e. Rs.2 crores, Rs.16 lakhs and Rs.1 crore, which were to be paid by the Goa State Urban Development Agency.
3. Learned Advocate General makes a statement that the aforesaid amounts would be paid to the Petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.

4. The Petitioner has already furnished an undertaking dated 12.3.2026 to Goa State Urban Development Agency, Government of Goa.
5. Dr. Rao, learned Senior Advocate, on instructions, makes a statement that on receipt of the aforesaid three amounts from the Goa State Urban Development Agency, the Petitioner would renew the Bank Guarantee earlier issued in favour of the Goa State Urban Development Agency within a period of two weeks and the same shall be kept alive.
