3. It is noted that pursuant to the Order of this Court dated 05/08/2025, the Panchayat has taken a decision on 30/03/2026, 1st April, 2026

25 CP 17 2026 whereby it has resolved to initiate action and has issued demolition orders in respect of the structure forming the subject matter of Writ Petition No. 571 of 2024. A copy of the said order is placed on record.

4. In view of the aforesaid development, as action has now been taken by the Panchayat, no case for initiating contempt proceedings survives.
