DATE : FEBRUARY 23, 2026 ORDER :- This application is iled for review of the order dated 15.12.2025, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.12248 of 2025, whereby a statement of learned AGP was recorded that "within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order, the proposal for issuance of the Shalarth ID which is pending approval with the Deputy Director of Education, at page No.35 of the paperbook shall be decided."

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in similar matters, this court has directed the Deputy Director of Education to issue Shalarth ID to the petitioners therein.

This cannot be a ground for review. The Review is misconceived and hence dismissed.
