DATED : 30th MARCH, 2026 P.C:- 1.
The Review Petition is filed for review of the order 16.01.2026, when we disposed of the Petition by the following order:
"1 In this Petition, the Petitioner sought a direction to Respondent No.3 to renew the licence on payment of licence fee, the license being renewable every year. The Petition is filed in the year 2022 and to be precise on 17/08/2022 and since the period of license has expired, it can be inferred that either licence is renewed or its renewal is refused.
In the wake of above, Writ Petition is disposed off."
