CORAM

: AMIT BORKAR, J.

DATED : MAY 5, 2026 P.C.:

1.

The review petition is filed on the ground that the Administrator appointed under the impugned order is not impartial, and according to the petitioner complaints were filed against him regarding misappropriation.

2.

It is well settled that the authorized officer appointed under Section 77A of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 is supposed to conduct election in accordance with rules, and not to take any policy decision or to incur any major expenses, except

5-rpw69-2026 in wp4686-2026.doc day-to-day expenses. In my opinion, this position of law takes care of the situation.

3.

Accordingly, the review petition stands disposed of. No costs. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
