4. Since the application is allowed, the amendment to the cause title to be carried out forthwith. Mr. Salkar, learned Advocate waives service on behalf of newly added Respondent Nos. 9(a), 9(b) and 9(c) and shall file Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 9(a), who on behalf of herself shall represent the interest of her minor children, within four weeks from today.
