For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. This is considering the fact that the Respondent/original Appellant in First Appeal No.102/2024 has deposited an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- out of the total awarded amount of Rs.1,27,51,202.86/- with interest, which is roughly an additional amount to Rs.50,00,000/-. The Execution Proceeding are pending since 06/08/2025.

2. The Registry shall remit the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- to the account of the Applicant which is stated in the para 6 of the 18th February, 2026

3 MCA 94 2026 application. Amount to be released within a week from the date of passing this order.

3. Considering that this is a case of permanent disability and the Applicant is presently unemployed, the Executing Court dealing with the Execution Proceeding No.4/2025 before the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Margao, is requested to proceed with the execution of the award and disposed of the same expeditiously.

4. Application stand disposed of.
