1. In the present application, the Applicant i.e. Mr. Anil Anant Kankonkar, seeks leave to implead him along with the other legal heir as Applicants in MCA No. 2706 of 2025/F, and also mark Smt. Lalita A. Kankonkar in the said application as "since deceased".

2. Leave to amend is granted. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. A copy of the amended application be given to the Respondents.

3. Since the application is not registered, the Applicant to remove the 10th March, 2026

0 MCA 110 2026 office objections more particularly, if any, relating to Court fees.

4. Application is disposed of accordingly.
