According to the consent terms, instead of the access shown A to B in green, as claimed in the suit, access from point X to Y as shown in the plan annexed to the Consent Terms would now be used not only by the Respondent Nos.1 to 5 but all parties to the suit, i.e. Civil Suit No.81/2023/B. The order dated 01.12.2025 shall now be read as such.
