Under order dated 11.11.2025, the operation of the Award dated 27.09.2012 passed by the Adhoc District Judge-II, South Goa, Margao in LAC No. 52/2002, was stayed on the condition that the Appellant shall deposit the entire decreetal amount. The amount was to be deposited within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the order. The Applicant now seeks an extension of that period by three weeks.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application stands granted. The awarded amount in its entirety be deposited before the Reference Court by 22.05.2026. It is made clear that the operation of the Award shall not be stayed until the deposit is made. 22nd April, 2026
