1. In view of the no objection granted by the Respondents, and for the reasons stated in the application, it is noted that certain typographical errors have crept into the order dated 25.03.2026.

2. Accordingly, the said order is corrected in the following manner: (a) In paragraph 2, in the eighth line, the words 'Fast Growth Hospitality' shall be substituted with 'Diagrams Realty' and (b) In Paragraph 5, in the fourth line, the word 'Applicants' shall be substituted with 'Applicant Nos. 2 and 3' and in the eleventh line (being the last line of paragraph 5), the words 'these two properties' shall be substituted with 'the La Vida property i.e., Plot No. 82 of the 15th April, 2026

6 MCA 188 2026 order sanctioning layout dated 10.12.2007 No. DB/21101/07/2571, admeasuring 1,980 square metres forming part of Survey No. 155/1 situated at Arpora of Nagpa, Bardez, Goa.'

3. The corrected order shall be re-uploaded.

4. The application is allowed.

5. Miscellaneous Application No. 188/2026 in Writ Petition No. 469/2026(Filing) stands disposed of.
