901 MCA(F) 1038 2026 delay is necessitated by the fact that the Respondent No.2(F) expired immediately after passing of the decree but before the First Appeal was presented to this Court. The cause title of the appeal and of the application for condonation of delay shall be amended to incorporate their names.

3. The amendment to be carried out within the course of the week.
