Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 were arrayed as drivers of the 2 vehicles and Respondent No. 5 is Insurance Company of the vehicles owned by Respondent No. 1. The challenge in the appeal is for non-payment of the liability amount as the affected party was paid by his own Insurance Company for the damage caused to the vehicle. The dispute appears to be between the 2 Insurance Companies.
