This is an application seeking modification of our order dated 06.04.2026, whereby the transfer of the amount deposited in the Registry of this Court is to be effected to the applicant's NRO account, instead of the NRE account, the details of which are set out in paragraph 4 of the application.

In view of the No objection given by the parties, the Registrar shall transfer the amount of Rs. 2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores only) deposited in this Court on 11.03.2026 under the order dated 18.02.2026 to the account of Mr. Yash Bipin Kotak, into the following account :
