2. By the present application, the Appellant seeks to record the death of Respondent No. 6 and prays that an appropriate entry to that effect be made on record. Notices were issued to the Respondents in the interim application filed by the Appellant. The wife of Respondent No. 5 is present and submits that she is the sole surviving legal heir of Respondent No. 6.

3. In view thereof, the application is allowed in terms of prayer 24th April, 2026
