Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant.

2. By the present application under Order XXII Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, for bringing the legal representatives of deceased Respondent No. 7 on record, the Appellant has sought a prayer that an entry to that effect be made on record noting the death of Respondent No. 7. Notices were issued to the Respondents on the interim application. Accordingly, Respondent Nos. 1, 3, 5, and 8, who are the sole surviving legal representatives of Respondent No. 7, are already appearing in the proceedings.
