1. By order dated 23rd December, 2025, this Court had extended the time to deposit the amount of Rs.4,52,80,208/- for a period of three months from the date of the order. The Respondent had not raised any objection for the said extension at that time. It appears that the extended time to deposit the said amount has also now expired and by 28th April, 2026
903 MCA 225 2026 way of these applications, the Petitioner seeks further extension of two months. to deposit the said amount.
2. For reasons mentioned in the applications, time to deposit the balance amount of Rs. 4,52,80,208/- along with interest as per the order dated 1st August, 2025, stands extended for a period of three months from today. It is made clear that this is the last opportunity that would be given to the Petitioner.
3. Mr Takkekar, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 3 to 36, though, has not seriously objected to the extension of time; however, he has brought to my notice that the Petitioner was put to terms and was directed to execute the sale deed in his favour, which the Petitioner has till date failed to do.
4. Mr. Tarun Rebello, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states, on instructions, that the Petitioner shall take steps to execute the sale deed within a period of one month from today.
