He states that the balance amount to be deposited in terms of the order dated 30.03.2026, read with the order dated 04.05.2026 is Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only). He submits that, in all probabilities, the said amount would be deposited on or before 08.06.2026. He, therefore, requests for listing this Application on 08.06.2026.
