The present application is filed seeking transfer of HMP No.A-613 of 2025 from the file of learned Family Court, Aurangabad to the learned Family Court at Nagpur. The applicant/wife is residing with daughter of the parties at Nagpur. Perusal of the petition filed by the husband indicates that he is resident of the USA.

Having regard to the fact that the applicant/wife is staying at Nagpur with a minor child and that the husband stays at USA, in the considered opinion of this Court, no prejudice will be caused to the husband if the petition is transferred from the Family Court, Aurangabad to Family Court at Nagpur.

In view of the aforesaid, application is allowed. HMP No.A-613 of 2025 is ordered to be transferred from the file of learned Family Court, Aurangabad to the learned Family Court at Nagpur.
