The learned Counsel for Applicant pointed out that at earlier point of time the proceeding filed by the Respondent for divorce between the parties was transferred from Yavatmal to Wardha by order dated 20/2/2025 passed by this Court. After that, Respondent/husband has filed the proceeding bearing Petition No. D-07/2025 before the Family Court, Yavatmal. Hence, the Applicant has filed present Application for transfer of the said proceeding pending on the file of Family Court, Yavatmal to the Civil Jude Senior Division, Wardha.

Issue Notice to the Respondent, returnable after three weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause - (b) of the Application.

In addition to regular mode of service, Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent by all modes of private service, as permissible in Rules, and file affidavit of service on or before
