2) This is an application seeking transfer of petition bearing No.D-07/2025 from the file of learned Family Court, Yavatmal to the learned Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Wardha.

3) Learned counsel for the applicant draws attention to order dated 20/02/2025, passed by this Court in M.C.A.(Tr.) No.827/2024 ordering transfer of petition bearing No.A-40/2024 from the file of learned Family Court, Yavatmal to the learned Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Wardha. 4) In view of the aforesaid, it would be expedient that the present proceeding be transferred from the learned Family Court, Yavatmal to the Court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha. The application is allowed in the following terms :- (1) Petition bearing No.D-07/2025 from the file of learned Family Court, Yavatmal to the learned Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Wardha.
