By this application, the applicant is seeking transfer of the proceedings filed by the husband from Civil Judge Senior Division, Junnar, District Pune, to Family Court, Nagpur. The prime submission of the applicant is that there is no public transport available from Nagpur to Junnar. So also, distance between Nagpur to Junnar is near about 750 kms. Hence, it is not possible for the applicant to travel such a long distance alone. It is further pointed out that applicant is not having any earning source and she cannot bear the charges of traveling as well as stay at Junnar. 2.

In the circumstances, issue notice to the nonapplicant, returnable after four weeks. 3.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer Clause (b) till next date.

The applicant is permitted to serve the nonapplicant by all permissible private mode of service in addition to regular mode of service and file the affidavit

Failure to file affidavit of service, the interim stay granted earlier, shall stand vacated without reference to the Court.
