By this application, transfer is sought of the proceedings which was filed by the Non-applicant before the Family Court, Thane, to the Family Court, Nagpur.

It is stated that the present applicant is presently 53 years of age and residing at her parents' house. She is also having a daughter who is taking education. So also, due to the long distance, it is inconvenient for her to travel from Nagpur to Thane.

In view of this, issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 16/02/2026.

In the meantime, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause (ii). 6.

The applicant is permitted to serve the non-applicant by all permissible private mode of service, in addition to regular mode of service, and file affidavit of service on or before next date. On failure to file affidavit, the interim stay will stand vacated automatically. (PRAVIN S. PATIL, J.) rkn
