APRIL 30, 2026 1) The present application is filed seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.116/2022 from the file of learned Civil Judge Senior Division Saoner to the Court of learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Karanja-Lad. The distance between two places is around 250 k.m. The child of the parties is residing with the applicant-wife. He is suffering from Haemophilia and is required to take regular treatment for the said ailment.

2) In view of the aforesaid, the transfer application is allowed.

3) H.M.P.No.116/2022 is ordered to be transferred from the file of learned Civil Judge Senior Division Saoner to the Court of learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Karanja-Lad.

4) In the event the respondent-husband makes an application for appearance through video-conferencing, the same may be considered favourably and permission KOLHE
