It is stated that applicant/wife has already filed three proceedings against the present applicant, and the same are pending at Yavatmal. 2.

In view of this, the applicant seeks transfer of the proceedings filed by the non-applicant/husband at Akola to Family Court, Yavatmal. 3.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 26/02/2026.. 3.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause (b).

The applicant is permitted to serve non-applicant by all permissible private mode of service in addition to regular mode of service and file affidavit on or before next date. 5.

On failure to file affidavit, the interim stay will be vacated automatically.
