It is stated that the applicant wife has filed two proceedings against her husband, one is pending at Nagpur and one is at Saoner. Now, the husband has filed proceedings at Yavatmal. Hence, she seeks transfer of the proceedings filed by the husband at Yavatmal to Nagpur. 2.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable after three weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be stay in terms of prayer Clause-(2) till next date.

The applicant is permitted to serve the nonapplicant by all permissible private mode of service in addition to regular mode of service and file the affidavit to that effect.

5.

Failure to file affidavit of service, the interim stay granted earlier, shall stand vacated.
