The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant has pointed out that two proceedings filed by the Applicant/wife i.e. for restitution of conjugal rights and for maintenance are pending at Nagpur. So also it is stated that proceeding filed by the Respondent bearing Petition No. 1753/2025 is interdependable to the proceedings filed by the Applicant at Nagpur. 3.

In view of this, issue notice to the Respondent, returnable after four weeks.

In the meantime, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause - (ii) of the Application.

In addition to regular mode of service, the Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent by all modes of private service, as permissible in Rules, and file affidavit of service on or
